Clos Fornelli, Vin de Corse Sciaccarellu Rosé 2022
This organic rosé comes from the island of Corsica, and one of its native red grape varieties, sciaccarellu (pronounced ‘shack-a-rello’). Sciaccarellu is like grenache on summer vacation, with juicy, peppery notes that allow it to work perfectly as a rosé.
Tastes like: Plum, smoke, lavender, sea salt.
How to drink: Chilled with BBQ chicken, tacos, or cured meats.
