A volcanic island chain 700 miles from mainland Spain, the Canary Islands are remote. This red wine illustrates that better than any other. It comes from a range of indigenous grapes, which grow untrained (wildly on the ground) on a steep slope on vines upwards of 200 years old. The result? A peppery, mineral-driven red that’s the most concentrated wine in Envínate's lineup.
