How did this happen? Frank Cornelissen’s wines are made on the ashy, volcanic slope of Mount Etna using native, local grapes. They taste like the place they’re from: bright with citrus rind, refreshingly salty like the ocean, and just a little bit smoky– like a perfect cocktail or an elaborately plated dish: a lot going on and the end result is different and also delectable.
