While Las Jaras has a celebrity co-founder in Eric Wareheim, this California-based natural producer is truly passionate about quality winemaking. Eric and winemaker Joel Burt craft this tart, energetic rosé from organic, hand-harvested grape varieties native to Italy, like sangiovese, dolcetto, and barbera.
Tastes like: Wild raspberry, violets, lemon zest, fennel.
How to drink: Cold while lounging by the pool, or alongside snacks at a picnic or BBQ.
