Sylvain Bailly, Sancerre Rosé 'La Louée' 2022

While Sancerre is best known for crisp whites, it’s also home to some of the best rosés in the Loire, if not all of France. Domaine Sylvain Bailly makes a textbook example. Their salmon-pink, pinot noir rosé has delicate floral and herbal notes, along with bright fruit and minerality.

Tastes like: Strawberry, grapefruit zest, roses, smoke.

How to drink: Cold at a summer picnic, or anytime you’d rather be on the beach.
