Recioto is a sweet red wine style of the Veneto region in Italy. Grapes, primarily corvina and rondinella, are dried extensively in order to concentrate flavors. Dal Forno’s Recioto, especially from a warm vintage like 1997, is one of the most powerful versions of this classic style.
