Domaine des Moriers is a tiny Beaujolais upstart helmed by François de Nicolay of Chandon des Briailles in Savigny. François’ Beaujolais comes from small, organic plots across some of the region's best villages: Fleurie, Morgon, and Moulin-à-Vent.
Moulin-a-Vent produces Beaujolais’ most “structured” wines, which is to say they have some power and grip. This is ideal for late-summer grilling when you want to drink something substantial yet still refreshing.
