Antoine Foucault worked under his father, Charly Foucault, at Clos Rougeard before founding Domaine du Collier in the late ‘90s. Fast-forward to present day, and Antoine now finds himself amongst the region’s greats. Like his father, he makes natural chenin that’s palate-coating and precise, age-worthy and incredibly scarce.
