Anne and Pierre Boisson don’t make a lot of wine. So even with a 200-year family track record in Meursault - previously Domaine Boisson-Vadot - they lack the name recognition of some of the region’s icons. As a result, their fresh, mineral-driven bottlings represent some of the best values in all of White Burgundy. None more so than this savory Bourgogne Blanc, which is Meursault in everything but name.

Tastes like: White peach, smoke, thyme, sea salt.
How to drink: Not too cold with herb-roasted chicken, sea bass, or mushroom risotto.
