Ameztoi, Txakolina Rosé 2022

Between its salty, citrusy flavors and its subtle effervescence, an ice-cold glass of Txakolina is the most refreshing wine on earth. That goes for the whites and the rosés, like this one from the Ameztoi family in Getaria, a Basque fishing village on Spain’s northern coast. If there’s a more ideal wine for summertime, it’d be news to us.

Tastes like: Raspberry, lemon, black pepper, sea breeze.
How to drink: Cold with simply prepared seafood, fresh fruit, or nothing at all.
