Stein, Elbling 'Ewald' 2022
This is Ulli’s last-ever bottling of elbling, as the vineyard’s old vines had to be torn up following the 2021 harvest. Elbling is an obscure grape variety only found in the Mosel. It yields a cutting, citrusy, highly refreshing dry white wine.
