This crisp white wine comes from Cristiana Tiberio, who previously worked at Jacques Selosse in Champagne, Nicolas Joly in the Loire, and Egon Muller in the Mosel. Now in the hills of Abruzzo, she farms old vines of the rare local grape, trebbiano Abruzzese, to make a bright, textured white that’s an ideal stand-in for top-class Chablis.
Tastes like: Yellow apple, jasmine, salted almond.
How to drink: Chilled before dinner or alongside linguine with clam sauce.
