COS is Sicily’s O.G. natural winery, and one of the most influential in all of Italy.
Cerasuolo di Vittoria denotes a blend of two native Sicilian grapes, frappato and nero d’avola. For this wine, they come entirely from the Bastonaca vineyard.
This is COS’ most structured red wine, but it’s still bright enough to enjoy lightly chilled.
