Champagne Éphémère was launched in 2014 as a collaboration between Fred Savart and a few longtime friends. If you’re not familiar with Savart, he makes some of our favorite Champagne, full stop. The problem is, Savart only makes a couple thousand cases each year, so finding another way to taste his wines is very much welcome. This rosé Champagne is crisp and floral yet deep and textured.
