Based in Meursault, Génot-Boulanger has been run by the husband-and-wife team of Guillaume and Aude Lavollée since 2008.
Reduced yields, organic farming, and constant improvements in the cellar have resulted in more detailed, concentrated white wines. This bottling comes from a site just above the Clos des Mouches in Beaune.
Guillaume says that 2022 is the domaine’s best vintage of the last 20+ years. Taste the wines, and it’s hard to argue.
