Thierry Pillot started calling the shots at his family’s domaine 20 years ago, and pretty quickly, Burgundy insiders figured out this was a good thing. His classically styled white wines took Pillot to the top of the hierarchy in Chassagne-Montrachet.

Thierry produces pure, midweight, salty White Burgundy. That’s all on display in this Bourgogne Blanc. While it’s made entirely from vines in Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin, it’s a fraction the price of his wines that carry those names on the label.
